Who We Are
The Mindful Foundation is a UK-registered charity working across the UK and South Africa to prevent abuse, support survivors, and heal communities.
We are committed to breaking the cycle of harm by addressing its root causes. Our work blends trauma-informed education, psychotherapy, and holistic practices to build resilience, strengthen self-worth, and foster safe, connected communities.
Our Mission
To create a harm-free society where individuals feel empowered, safe, and connected to themselves and others.

Our Approach
Prevention through education
Empowering children and young people to understand emotions, relationships, and resilience.
Support through innovation
Providing safe, discreet tools for victims at risk.
Change through accountability
Working with perpetrators to confront and transform harmful behaviours.

The Team
The Mindful Foundation brings together over 12 years of experience working with charities and vulnerable communities. Our team combines expertise in psychology, neuroscience, victim support, trauma recovery, teaching and consultancy.
We are active voices in the sector, contributing to Domestic Abuse Conferences, the Public Policy Exchange on Ending Domestic Violence, SafeLives’ Monthly Sector Call, the Her Centre’s Healthy Relationships and Situationships event, and the Navigating the Void podcast.
Our resources have international reach. Meditations developed by our team are currently being used in the Central Regional Hospital, North Carolina, USA supporting psychiatric patients, and our Think Different educational abuse prevention materials are being used in three organisations in South Africa.
